Network and Server Monitoring
An installed software tool allows us to monitor the health of each of the computers, as well as the networking and client-server infrastructure as a whole. When pre-set error or warning conditions are triggered, our trained staff provides the FirstResponse(r) to remedy the problem, often before you even know there is a problem.

End-user Help Desk
Your First Response(r) team is standing at the alert. Our customers can click an icon and request support through our dedicated online portal. Tickets are logged and tracked through the portal, and our techs can respondto the tickets by phone or e-mail, or through a remote control session – your Foxtrot FirstResponder(r) can log in, assess the problem and control your computer to make repairs while you watch.

Vendor Management
Beyond software and monitoring, we also serve as a trusted technical advisor who can help you communicate with and manage your other IT-related vendors. We can help troubleshoot web pages with your web host. We can communicate problem details with a software vendor. We can also work with your T1 provider to troubleshoot connection issues.

Status Reports
As we are actively monitoring your systems, we can also report to you about their status. Reports can be delivered in the format you desire, when you desire to see them, from email to secure log-in access for monitoring real-time results.

Remote Access
Allows you to login to your system from wherever you need. You can work from home, on the road, at events & conferences with the same access you have at your office.

Walk-in Repair Service
Typical problems that we troubleshoot include spyware, adware and virus infestations, hardware failures, and hardware upgrades gone awry. We have a state of the art computer troubleshooting and repair shop here at our Minneapolis office. Foxtrot Systems has the training and skills, diagnostic hardware and software, and inventory to quickly diagnose and fix almost any notebook, server or workstation computer.

On-site Computer Repair (warranty and out-of-warranty)
Customers who purchase one of our custom PCs or servers have the choice of 1- or 3 year support plans, and send-in or on-site plans. Foxtrot controls the entire buying and servicing experience, from the original assembly to the on-site support work; no contractors and no handoffs to other repair techs.

On-site Network Services
Is your network secure from hackers and viruses? Are you having issues with employees accessing inappropriate content at work? Would you simply like a network that performs better and is more secure?
