HISTORY OF ASSURED SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS
Assured Computer Systems was acquired by Superior Information
Systems Inc. in July, 2000. Assured Computer Systems has been supplying
enterprise management software for small and mid-sized Job Shop manufacturing companies
since 1985. Assured was founded by the owners of a successful job shop manufacturing
company in Minneapolis, MN who became frustrated with the lack of functional, user
friendly software and decided to develop their own internal system. After word began
to get out that their software actually provided the information needed to help control
the operations of their company, other job shop owners began to ask if they could purchase
a copy for their company and that was the birth of Assured Software. While we
can’t tell you that we are the largest job shop manufacturing software company, we
