Our Quotation Management
system quickly and efficiently generates and manages quotations for all of your
prospective and manufactured parts. You may enter material, outside service, labor, and
tooling and other fixed costs. Labor costs, which are made up of run times and set-up
times may be detailed for each operation, or summarized as a single value.
To save time, you
can merge information from a quote that is similar to the one you are currently preparing.
After you have put all of the finishing touches on your quote, you may print it on plain
paper or a pre-printed form, or fax it directly from your computer.
When you receive an
order for the part, you may automatically create a part routing and bill of material from
the information contained in the quote. Adding additional quantities to the quote is as
simple as entering the new quantity and letting the computer calculate the new price.
You can evaluate
your quoting process by printing reports that indicate the percentage of quotes actually
received. Our Quotation Management system will save you time, money, and finally put all
of your quotation information at your fingertips. |
