Assured Computer Systems has developed one of the easiest job entry systems available.

When the job is entered, the software automatically builds the job routing, reserves the required materials, and schedules the operations. These items may be changed after the job is entered to accommodate for routing, material, or schedule changes. Materials or outside services may be purchased directly into a job or, materials may be issued to a job when used on the shop floor.

Employees are able to clock-in directly on a specific operation for a job through the use of our Labor Collection system. Job costing data is updated to the job as it occurs. If your job consists of an assembly, all assembly components are automatically scheduled and allocated in the same manner as an individual job.

Inquiries of a single or component job are always on a real time basis, so you always know the exact status of any job. All of this information, plus shipping and invoicing information can be accessed from one screen, allowing quick response to customer or internal inquiries.
