Our Inventory Management system will provide you with all of the information you need to efficiently and accurately manage your raw material and stock item inventories.

When a job is entered through job entry, any required raw material or stock items are allocated to that job. Material requirement and shortage reports can be printed to assist the purchasing department in the timely ordering of raw materials, and also give a warning if you are going to be short on any materials.

Printing Material Pick Lists assist shop employees in using the correct materials for their job. Material allocations are reduced when materials are issued to a job, or when purchased directly to a job through our Purchasing System.

Inventory inquiries can be accessed from a single screen showing the current stock on hand, a detail of the allocations, and a detail of the open purchase orders. Our Inventory Activity display will assist you in determining your material availability by displaying expected material receipts and planned usage.

Our Physical Inventory systems allows you to print inventory tags, enter your material counts, print a variety of variance reports, and then update your physical inventory counts to the actual inventory. Historical data on usage and costs are stored indefinitely and are easily displayed or printed.
